We bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. However if you do want us to use your products please let us know.

Pricing depends on the size of the property, the type of cleaning required and any special requests. We provide personalised quotes tailored to your needs. 

What happens if I need to cancel? 

We understand plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. 

Are your cleaning products eco-friendly? 

We use a mix of high-quality and eco-friendly products. If you have preferences, were happy to accommodate them. 

Are your cleaners insured? 

Yes all of our cleaners are fully insured and trained to deliver high-quality cleaning safely and professionally. 

How do I book your cleaning services? 

Once we confirm costs and availability, we’ll reach out to you by phone to finalise the booking and ensure all necessary confirmations are in place.

Do I need to be in the home during the cleaning?
